Violin help plzzzzzzzzzzzz?

I have been playing violin for a year now and i have always used tapes. My teacher took one of them off because it was slipping and i was completely lost. i really don;t want to keep the tapes on it but if i take them off then it is super sticky and makes the strings and my fingers stick to the fingerboard and i can’t play. but if i leave them on the move around a lot and make it sticks and they move so i play the wrong notes. also, my bow sounds scratchy..kinda even if i rosin it. even right after i put rosin on it a few secs later it sounds scratchy again. i thought it had something to do with the bow hairs on the side of the case when i put it away but i don;t think it is because i have never had a problem with it before. thanks for all the help : )

When you take the tapes off, you have to clean the fingerboard with some Fiddlebrite. See:
