Can I use guitar pedals for my violin when I get a plug?
I have an acoustic violin. I will soon be getting a Schatten bridge pickup an output jack on it. The jack is 1 / 4 inch, which is the same size as a guitar cable. I already know that I can definitely use a guitar amplifier but can I use my Line 6 effects pedals as well?
Oh, hell yes! It's quite fun, too. I recommend wah-wah and distortion, although distortion is sometimes a bit muddy. I hope you have a good cable is all.
