Bicycle Attachment???
I’m going to be riding to school with my friends this upcoming fall and I need some way to carry my violin there (because school instruments have been graffiti ed with swears and anything/everything else) anyone know of some sort pf saddle bag or attachment to carry my violin in on my bike? I can’t use backback straps to carry it over my backpack…any ideas???
need an email address to email Brett E about bicycle rack and additional; attachments and such.
Yes there are a bunch of attachments that can be put on your bike, depending on the type of frame you have. The most common is a type of rack that goes above your rear wheel. Some have built in bungee straps and other holders; however, as small as a violin is it may be awkward to place it there. I would recommend the this type of rack with the additional side cages for carrying larger objects. This will put the load off to one side of the rear wheel. Also these are usually for people who go touring long distances on their bikes and you can find really nice ones that are all weather prof. That would probly keep you violin the safest. Send me an e-mail and ill will lgive you some more details.
