What was that orchestral piece played a couple of minutes ago in the Olympic Opening Ceremonies?

It was played during a full cast ballet number, it ended in a sort of crescendo as all the violins peaked slowly higher and higher.

I’ve heard it before, and I think it’s from Swan Lake, or Romeo & Juliet or something, but I cannot quite put my finger on it.
It’s Adagio for Strings, by Samuel Barber.

One of the saddest songs in the world. A bit of Twitter Sleuthing sloved this one for me.

It is NOT Adagio for Strings by Samuel Barber. It is in fact “Another Ordinary Miracle” composed and peformed by Sarah MacLauglan
