"Cheap" and "good quality" do not go together when talking about violins. You can get a cheap violin and have something that is hard to play and sounds awful, or you could use a bit more and get a student quality instrument work. "Black hardwood fingerboard and pegs" usually means that instead of using genuine ebony they used a different kind of wood and painted it black. Paint tend to come out and those Fingerboards warp easily. Needles stick and are difficult to reverse. "Integral cover" simply means that a canvas outer cover is a part of case. Since we do not know what particular style of case, it is a picture of a second case will not tell you much.
