Can you switch the guitar tabs for a violin part? If so, how?
I want to play "In This River" by Black Label Society on my violin because in this song that sounds an electric violin. Is there any way I could turn the tabs into a violin part? Moreover, one has a free site where I can get guitar solo in the beginning?
Just take note bass chords in guitar tabs and play it that way, it will be slightly less full than the guitar version, but it will work. They are both in the same key, so no need to worry about implementation. Some of the chords, you may even be able to play as written on violin, you can always omit the third note in the chord, and it will sound good for. As for finding guitar solo, if you google search for free sheet music and the title, so something must come up.
