Which is harder: Violin or Piano?
Well, I play violin, and I say its harder to play, but my friend says piano is harder, which I know it is not. I may sound bias, but violin is actually much harder. You must have proper formation, bow control, clean notes, and then theres vibrato. I don’t know much about piano though…I know there are foot pedals….and do you have to tap the keys harder or lighter?
Anyways, I would like to know your opinions on which is harder to play, understand, etc.

EDIT: Wow, that is a lot of responses, and I read all of them and thank you all. So i now know that they can both be pretty tough. I think it was my lack of knowledge of the piano which probably was the reason we had an argument. Anyways, thanks again!
piano because there are so many scales and chords and notes to learn. its never ending learning. violin would be hard too though.
