Does anyone know of Cecilio Violins?

I would like to find out a few things though: 1) What kind of rosin is best for an electric violin? 2) What kind of strings are best for an electric violin? 3) Do I need to get a shoulder rest for it? PLEASE ANSWER! I've posted like 3 questions on this topic already, and nobody answered: (Be answerrr anyy help would be appreciated!
Well I apologize because I know nothing about electric violin, but you would not need a shoulder rest.
